Hi All, I’m Kourtney, the founder of Willow Health Plans. I am a licensed health insurance advisor, with a passion for helping people protect what is most important to them: their health. I have over 10 years of client service experience, specializing in providing solution-oriented support that empowers individuals to make informed decisions. My passion for helping people drives me to create a positive experience for everyone I encounter. As a proud CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), I’m fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and understand the importance of clear communication and inclusivity.
When I’m not working, you can often find me on the golf course with my loving husband Sean. I even have a hole in one! Sean and I have two wonderful dogs: a Golden Retriever puppy, Aspen Rose and a 170lb Great Dane, Moose. I love to network too! If you ever want to golf or plan a puppy play date let me know!

The Inspiration for Willow Health Plans:
My business is proudly named after Willow, a remarkable Deaf Great Dane who inspired my mission. I rescued Willow from an abusive home and despite her trauma’s she was so loving. Willow’s spirit and gentle nature motivated me to create a platform that is focused on finding solutions for people, no matter their situation. Willow’s legacy reminds me of the importance of advocacy, compassion, and connection, guiding my commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
